As shown in the newly released track list, 3RACHA — members Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han — co-composed and wrote lyrics for every single track on the mini album except for the first one. The first track “Who?” was created by Han along with Woojin and Felix. All nine Stray Kids members created the last track “Mixtape #2” together.

not a huge fan of their overall sound, but I'm happy the boys seem to be releasing the music they want to do. and I'm always here for minho <3

It's just sad that this is not something we see as often with girl groups. we've stray kids doing this, but twice seems to be locked into one specific sound imposed by their company forever... and the same could be said for blackpink x winner/ikon too, for example. sorry about the random rant, op.

it's ok, i feel you. there's no way there aren't any female idols interested in songwriting or producing or in having some form of control over their sound. they just don't have the opportunity...

exactly. I totally understand that not every idol wants to be a producer and it's ok. there are a lot of amazing singers who just want to sing and not necessarily write and compose their own stuff, but kpop industry clearly doesn't support girls who want to venture into these areas as much as male idols and it's really sad.

Pristin is a gg that has members participate in the writing and producing of their work - but they’re mocked a lot too :/

I think Twice has a few b-sides that a few members have contributed (not entirely sure, don’t have receipts), but overall I agree that it sucks that JYP has such a tight grip on their image and sound so creativity isn’t encouraged, meanwhile at the same company they have boy groups that have much more control over their music.

oh I didn't know about pristin. that's good news! why would people mock them for that, it's ridiculous... even if the music they're producing is not good (and this is also a matter of taste at the end of the day), they need to keep doing things to get better too. mocking doesn't help anyone's growth, in any type of profession. we have so much generic stuff being produced by male idols and I don't see the criticism... the sad reality of being a woman in this world. =/

I never followed wonder girls that close so I'm not sure how their "transition" to the band format happened, but it really looked like "ok, we endured X years of whatever you wanted from us, time to let us do our thing" and even then I still feel like they didn't have the support jype male artists always had (no wonder they left the company). not to mention that "self-produce" idols is what sells these days (no wonder jype pushed this image for stray kids since pre-debut, basically) so it's even more ridiculous how every company will use anything they have to put this label on their boy groups, but keep treating girl groups as pretty commodities that they will use in the way that gives more money.

Very true that music opinions are subjective and up to taste, and they’re just starting their career so even if their work isn’t polished, like you said there’s always room for improvement. I wish they received more appreciation, even if their music isn’t everyone’s cup of tea lol.

And oh yea, Wonder Girls was so disappointing. they worked hard to rebrand themselves and go in a different direction, I was excited to get a few more years out of them because it felt like a whole new generation for WG was taking off...and then bloop! It was over :( it was a shame they’re weren’t getting much love from their company anymore.

dear god it feels like forever since they announced this comeback that we finally got a teaser.

Looking back at their previous 2 mini's only earattack and trippy are returning. Its interesting (aside from 3racha) how diverse their production credits are.

I hope they drop those making off video's again like they did with the debut stuff cause at least we got a kind of look at how they create.

Yayy! I'm so excited for this! Interesting that they have JYP with some lyric creds, I wonder if that means they'll be getting a catchy chorus this time (District 9's isn't as easy to sing lol)
