B1A4 Jinyoung Signs with Startup Agency

On July 18, LINK8 Entertainment announced that Jinyoung signed an exclusive contract with the company. The company said, “as we recruit him as our 1st artist, we will provide our full support and effort towards his future plans as both singer and actor.”

Previously, several sources reported that Jinyoung had received a love call from a big, powerful corporation after he departed from WM Entertainment. On the contrary to those reports, the singer decided to sign with a startup agency.

LINK8 Entertainment said, “he decided to sign with us because we share the same vision. We are thankful that he could relate to our company’s vision and value and chose us. We will continue to make efforts to grow alongside our artists, and meet the demands and satisfaction from the public and fans.”

Meanwhile, Jinyoung and Baro recently left WM Entertainment after the end of their exclusive contract. Yesterday, it was announced that Baro had signed with HODU&U Entertainment, an agency that specializes in actors.

I'm both happy that he found a company that'll support him, but also nervouse because theyre so new like, what connections would they have ?? Also, I've see comments suggesting he chose a startup because he can do w/e he wants w/o the hassle,of starting his own agency lol
