Here for all of this. My job has been forcing us to work overtime recently and ya girl is worn the fuck out. Twice releases never fail to put a smile on my face and provide a upbeat bop to bump in my car on the weekends. I was literally just complaining about how the tropical house trend in kpop needs to die out for good but I'm a two-faced Once at this point so get is sweeties!
Also, their choreo has been getting more and more complex with these past few eras. I guess JYP finally realized they passed the point of needing simple catchy choreos for the general public to catch onto (and me tbh). On the downside I've yet to completely learn the dance to What Is Love but I still break out into Signal and Likey sometimes so I'm good.
Tbh. They remind me of those thin and unflattering flow-y dresses Forever21 tries to sell for 31 dollars a piece. While I feel like I'm in the minority when it comes to Twice's styling (I actually like it) this just seems too... plain for me? Give me tacky kitchen sink looks, Likey style 2.0, or give me nothing at all.

I actually originally wanted a rehash of Miss A or WG when they first debuted but I quickly learned to embrace how different they are to previous jyp ggs! I personally love how fun and unpretentious their songs are.
miss a and wg have completely different styles/music tho. and I don't think they're pretentious. Twice makes music that sounds like something.. a cheerleading squad would sing.
Oh no I didn’t mean to say WG and Miss A were the same or that their music are pretentious, I loved both groups which is why I originally wanted Twice to be like the second coming of either of those ggs but I learned to enjoy how different they are. A lot of artists nowadays are all about the ~aesthetic which isn’t bad but sometimes I wanna watch mvs with ridiculous and fun plots and Twice’s songs often reflect that. 😂 And LOL yeah I understand that their music isn’t for everyone. I personally think the cheerleader-esque sound is v uplifting!
