I have never heard of this guy, but the song is so gorgeous!!! They way the song builds and builds reminds me of the best Park Hyo Shin ballads. Anyone have more info on him?

I don't know much about him, only that he's a solo artist, but also part of Alphadict crew and Planetarium. Planetarium debuted earlier this year, and there were some posts here about the group:
