Rainbow's Jaekyung joins new Jang Hyuk drama

Kim Jae-Kyung has confirmed to join the cast of the upcoming MBC drama, ‘Bad Papa,’ co-starring with actor Jang Hyuk. In the drama, she will play in the role of Cha Ji-Woo, the youngest female assistant police inspector in her unit. Drama ‘Bad Papa’ will tell a story about a man, who becomes a bad person to be a good father. Previously, SidusHQ reported that actor Jang Hyuk confirmed to play in the role of “bad papa,” Yoo Ji-Cheol.

Meanwhile, Kim Jae-Kyung fully transitioned into a full-time actress, when her former group Rainbow disbanded in 2016. Afterwards, she appeared in the KBS drama “The Miracle We Met” and OCN’s remake of “Life on Mars.”

MBC’s new drama ‘Bad Papa’ aims to begin airing in September.

She's such a charming actress. I was watching her on this webdrama which co-starred with Sung Hoon and she did so well. I was pleasantly surprised, I'm very excited for her future.
