yeah there were some serious choices about who got what line, but it seemed fairly distributed? Which might have been what they were going for. (idk, maybe it wasn't evenly distributed because I only know who like half of them are, and that half is Jungyeon and the one I think is Sana but am not completely sure, lmao.)

At first listen I reallly cringed at this, but if you separate it from the Jackson 5 original, it’s pretty cute so I tolerate it a lot more now lol. I like the harmonizing and this highlights really well that Jeongyeon is important to the vocal line, I just wish the company would realize what they have. Nayeon, I love her, but her vocals were hard to listen to at times and it would’ve been nice some of her parts went to Jeongyeon (or Jihyo’s lines going to her)

I love the styling too, I think I prefer them in jeans and simple cute top combos the best

god, I enjoy Twice and think they are cute and all... but I am having major second hand embarrassment from this. They have never been strong vocally, but people have slowly forgotten about it because their songs are catchy and charming performers... now they reminded the whole world again, and dragged Jackson 5 into it.

what were the producers thinking letting this out like this? the vocal arrangements and production are SO sloppy. Legit some of those notes aren't even on key, you can't tell me they couldn't have used a different take or tweaked it in post production? wtf is that note at 2.21 or so?

plus as always this song is TOO DAMN HIGH. Poor girls, they aren't strong singers, but neither are a lot of K-Pop vocalists, but songs like this do nothing to hide their weakness. Jihyo is trying and shows potential, but it's also just too high for her, Jeongyeon manages okay on the later bits but her first lines are pitchy as hell, Nayeon sounds terrible all around and everyone else is just sqeaking about.

the MV is really cute though, so I can say something positive too.

Not an easy song to cover... I would have liked this better as a vocal-line song. Jeongyeon sounded good on it but had way too few lines. Though this style suits Jihyo a lot, at least, and it's still fun.
The music video is so cute and pretty!!! Aside from the oversized jackets from the performance, I LOVE the styling!

Yeah I don't really get the fuss about even line distributions from fans sometimes, like is it really that unfair for the weaker members to have a lot less lines than the main vocals? Some idols would still be plenty popular even without having to sing a single word so not a big loss.

I actually enjoyed it, the girls looked cute, and they didn't do a bad job with pronouncing the words. I was actually worried when I clicked on it, but it made me smile and have fun. Especially since I love the song!
