“Miss Hammurabi” is about idealistic, rookie judge Park Cha Oh Reum (played by Go Ara), judge Im Ba Reun (played by L) who is a stickler for his principles and the rules, and realistic head judge Han Sae Sang (played by Sung Dong Il). The story follows the three very different judges as they deal with realistic, commonly occurring, day-to-day cases rather than big cases. The drama, as well as the novel it is based on, was written by real-life judge Moon Yoo Suk.

Ryu Deok Hwan plays Jung Bo Wang, another judge who is friendly with everyone and has a reputation for being the “antenna” of the legal world. Lee Elijah plays a court stenographer, also known as a court recorder, named Lee Do Yeon.

Other than the fact that neither can act, the trailer was pretty boring.

I like L -- I really like his face and I actually like his personality and singing voice. But I just discover recently that I started to dislike him a lot due to his terrible acting. ;_; I never though bad acting can make me dislike someone. :( I mean, it was really insufferable to watch Master of the Mask. Even the cute Seungho cant save the drama for me.

This..looks like a snooze. I never got the appeal of Go Ara?? She seems to be in a lot of things, but they never really do well (minus the reply drama she was in, I think? I didn't watch it so IDK). Casting L in a lead role was also not a good idea...two people who don't have the acting chops or appeal is not a good combo for a drama. :/

SM did her and Lee Yeon Hee dirty.
