as far as I can tell 1theK only recently uploaded a bunch of Hyuna's and 4minute's MVs, they probably only got permission to do that lately? this 19+ one was uploaded on the 4minute channel 4yrs ago as the "A+ Original Version (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSNh47-cnL8)", so it's not new..
