Lisbon is a really great city! Find a walking/biking tour (lots of cheap and free ones online) and see the architecture. All the food is great, but definitely go for some bacalao (cod) and eat pasteis de nata in Belem.

Also, I went back to Prison Playbook because Jung Kyung Ho is really hot in a prison guard uniform, and I am shallow. But every time I think they can’t get any creepier with the Jiho relationship, they do. OTL I’m also looking forward to probably hate watching the drama Suho’s in.

That creepy relationship was just a bad part of an excellent drama, I tried to ignore it the best I could and focus on all the things I liked instead.

I have a new car! Or at least,I have my own car, the old one was technically my Dad's. This one is all mine! It's a 2012 reg so it will hopefully last me a while unlike my old 04 reg lmao.

I just got back from the muddiest larp ever on Sunday but I had such a good time. Also on Monday I'm going to my first drag show to see Sasha Velour's nightgowns! I'm going to do makeup inspired by the spirit of the forest from princess monoke but idk what I'm going to wear.

The rumour is that the pd48 mcountdown performance will be on the 10th so this time next week we'll know how many of those rumours are true!

I’m so anxious about the bts tix omg. I didn’t sleep well at all last night and I’m not sure if it’s even a good idea to drop hard cash for tix with everything else going on in my life ugh

Does any one have any tips for purchasing tickets alone? I’ll be at home with my phone, MacBook, and ipad and my WiFi should be solid. I might sneak into work to use my double monitors so I can survey everything at once hahah.

When BTS have concerts here in my country, its usually 2 days but I never had issues buying (even if they always sold out both days). Again, goodluck!

Does anyone remember when I posted in the FFA about two weeks back about a coworker that I knew liked me? Well he started talking to me less last week and didn’t send me as many memes and would take longer to reply to my Fb messages. This week the only time he IM’d me at work was yesterday when I asked him if things were ok and he said yeah but I think he found someone else he’s interested in. It’s crazy he went from one extreme to the other and that coupled with my parents being out of town has made me super lonely. I haven’t had much of an appetite since he was weird Monday and I’ve lost weight and all I do is mope at home. I’m slowly getting better but I’m still so sad :(

sorry to hear that boo, rejection always sucks, but in my opinion it's better than being wishy-washy and not knowing while playing the "will they, won't they" game. *hugs*
Please take care of yourself, make sure you're eating properly, drinking enough water, and leaving the house even if it's just for walk around the neighborhood. You have to set little goals for yourself when you feel isolated and sad like that (talking from experience). I'm also happy to chat outside of Omona if you need to talk!

well its been one week since the fire and things havd relativly gone back to normal. the fire is and will be under investigation for a while. the mayor and others are asking the refinery to get rid of a very toxic substance that was at risk during the fire and could harm us, we will see how that goes..

i will not be seeing BTS this year, the bff cant afford it, but good luck to those who get a chance to go. you will not be disappointed.

I'm procrastinating on studying for my last set of law school finals and fighting the inevitable sense of anxiety and dread that comes with graduating and spending the next two months studying for the bar exam and being out of a job. Any lawyers out there have advice for that overwhelming black hole of dread?
I've been trying to talk to my current boss to see if I can come back and clerk after the bar exam (I already know they can't hire me as an associate but I'd like some kind of job while I wait on bar exam results) but getting a meeting with him is damn near impossible. I've also been very paralyzed by anxiety over doing very important things (sending out resumes for networking, arranging meetings, etc.) so if anyone has tips on that I'd be appreciative.

Otherwise I'm still debating if I want to battle Chicago ARMY for BTS tix and whether or not I want to go alone. Also super pumped that PENTAGON is finally getting the recognition it deserves. I played "Shine" at my study group and everyone loved it.

No weekend plans except forcing myself to study and wallowing in self pity and anxiety.

I've sat three bar exams and survived them all! Both the old school, screws a bitch California, and the newer, kinder, let's all share scores version in a different state. You'll be ok, just do a little work 6 days a week, practice, and you'll pass. It's all you need to do, just pass, and you can do that.

Finals blow, but it's going to feel so damn good when it's all over. No need to suffer in your dark hole, just do a little work and then take a break. Celebrate the work you do do.

And if you love bts, get tickets! Certain things don't last and are hard to replace.

so yesterday i saw zoE!!!!!!the concert was really short but they played most of my favorite songs, so idc. towards the end of the concert the group of guys next to me started talking to me. and one of them asked for my number. im not used to this at all so i gave it to him. he seems cool but im keeping my guard up and hopefully he wants to be friends and we can become concert buddies.

and im so totally skipping my acting class tonight to study for finals. one class im not worried about but im hanging by a thread in calc 3. and i wanna pass and take d.e and be done with this associates degree already.

also i totally forgot bts tickets come out today. i'll check them out on stubhub near the concert date. also one of my new year resolutions was to pay off my credit cards and i have one more to pay off!!!!!!! its the biggest one but i was thinking about getting another job this summer

I'm on my way to Vancouver for the first time! Going to run their nice, flat half marathon. This time training felt relatively easy, so I hope I can use this goal achievement as a spring for checking off more goals.

If anyone has Vancouver must-dos, I'd love to hear them. None of my friends and I are planners, so it's all very loose except for the race itself.

First week at my new job after three jobless months! It's quite different from what I expected but I know I'm going to learn A LOT and I'm excited. It's a new team, more people are going to join us later, so there's really everything to do. Also I'm already trusted with guiding the team's intern on specific tasks though I just arrived, it never happened to me before (and I felt so much pride when she told me my explanations were really clear! our field is not exactly easy to explain).
The second half of May is going to be sooo busy lol no time to rest

I still haven't found a flat lol so still living at my brother's. I have Monday and Tuesday off so I'll be able to use the next four days only for it.
On the bright side there's TWO cats where my brother lives, the princess I took care off last year and a new (crazy) cat that belongs to a housemate.

It still feels unreal that last week I was in another town not doing much except cleaning my flat and now I'm in Paris working and being a serious adult haha
