Busker Busker’s song “Cherry Blossom Ending,” which details a spring romance, entered Melon music chart at the 87th spot on the evening of March 16.

The song has made an annual return to music charts around spring since the group released it back in March of 2012. This makes it the sixth time that the song has entered music charts to signal the coming of spring.

Other spring related songs like IU’s “Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms,” Eric Nam and Red Velvet’s collaboration “Spring Love,” and Roy Kim‘s “Bom Bom Bom” also tend to enter music charts around this time as well. Meanwhile, BIGBANG’s new song “Flower Road,” released on the 13th continues to top music charts.

I used to watch a lot of ASC, so I became interested in Brad, and when I looked him up, I read fans say that the group members fought a lot, and that the bassist left to do something else. Like, Busker Busker was never initially intended to become an actual band. they applied to that music show on a lark and then happened to do well, so its not surprising that things fell through. Dunno why Brad and the main guy decided to not continue the band together, since Brad seems to still be in the industry, and I also don't know why the main guy didn't just restructure the band to be a one-man project; it would have made better business sense to keep the name.
