MBC's "It’s Dangerous Outside The Blankets" Confirmed To Be A Regular Program

Wanna One's Kang Daniel is to be part of the fixed cast for the MBC Program 'It's Dangerous Outside the Blanket'. Other cast members still in discussion.

It is confirmed to be regular program after its pilot episodes.

Filming starts tomorrow (March 7).

I need the og cast back, even if it's just for a few episodes (agree though, Jo Jungchi can stay gone). Junhyung needs to come back, he was an introvert's dream and I need more Xiumin-Daniel shenanigans

Jungchi was beyond awkward. I'd only ever seen him during the Mystic x SM collab so I knew nothing about him.

Junhyung was amazing. He was so quite and shy and kind of awkward, and then got sooo into candle making. And the way he handled the railbike thing just cracked me up. He was awesome.

I really REALLY hope Xiumin can at least come back for an episode here and there. But with the CBX tour coming up and the rest of Elyxion tour doubt it will be anytime soon. My biggest hope is that whenever it is, Daniel's on at the same time.

I wonder how this is going to work? Will they be allowed out for work? Or will it be like a weekend introvert sleepovers with a revolving cast? It weird because the viki (https://www.viki.com/tv/35592c-its-dangerous-beyond-the-blankets?locale=en) changed them all to host and I don't think it was like that before. I could be wrong. That would be interesting if they were each forced to take on a leadership role. Oh man, they'll hate that. It'll be great. I wouldn't mind seeing more fatherly Sangwoo.

For a dream cast I'd love to see Suga from BTS. Mark from GOT7 (who thanks to daynr is slowly becoming a bias), and DO from Exo, I'd love a girls version of this too.

and while we are at it, MBC can you please air the other half of that special ffs? Because I still need context of the Xiumin leg incident.

You know I approve of Mark. He doesn't seem to cook, but he will help Xiumin clean! And he really eats, so he will keep Sungwoo busy.

He barely talked on Law of The Jungle but was so cute and helpful!

I am indifferent to Daniel, but I will pray for junhyung, sungwoo, and Xiumin.

I approve of k-pop guys and girls who like to eat. That is the way it should be. I feel I need to watch more stuff and get to know Mark. But yeah the more I watch and see of Jackson I honestly wonder how he and Rapmon became friends.

I need to watch Law of Jungle, but I suffer from variety show and watching whole episodes laziness. Sometimes I live vicariously through x idol complete clips or compilation videos of weird stuff they do.

I'm praying that cranky old man doesn't show up.

I also just realized Daniel and Xiumin now have the same hair color. I know it's a coincidence, but it's still adorable.

I was trying to think of girls to be in it and I realized all the ones I know are from SM, so they'd know each other. But I'm sure they could find some actresses. I just like the dynamics of them not knowing each other and having to get used to each other.

I think it should continue as an annual or biannual mini series, because week after week might be boring. And please, I adored Sungwoo, tear him away from his wife again. And we know JunHyung just sits in his apartment to write music, so he can (and call his mom every morning and night.) And let us see them drunk.

Really, it's ok if they just cook and drink for a few episodes, they don't have to go to activities all the time. but I wouldn't mind watching introverts try to play soccer too (like backyard soccer, not serious soccer, like at family bbqs with kids where no one gets hurt.)

I'm not sure Daniel is all that introverted? He just seems young.

I agree about week to week would be boring. I think they should do it with the seasons, that way there can be different activities and have different places to live in to accommodate for it. IE a full backyard in winter to build snowmen or play soccer, pool for summer, cherry blossom trees for viewing and drinking, etc.

I feel like Daniel easily could be. He keeps getting dragged into these small controversies that are not even his fault. I know at the last awards show he looked pretty down and didn't speak (it was right after the supposed dating scandal). I could easily see him becoming like Xiumin and thinking going out is a hassle and stay at home.

I am so happy they picked this up, and Yes that Daniel is on it! But I really want the others back to especially Junghyun, all of them had me smiling at how awkward they all were. I wouldn't mind a set cast and have other join if the main cast can't make it then you would have a variety but still have some of the same people, and then they would be awkward with the new guests :)
