One person giving up could be another person's opportunity. After the public uproar over Han Geng's contract termination, a girl called Zhang Li Yin gained even more attention by the media. Similarly packaged and trained in South Korea, the Chinese singer is currently going new arrangements by her company. Rumour goes that SM Entertainment is planning for Henry and Zhang Li Yin to become the new duo to attend events for the company.

On the evening of December 27th, Shuicheng TV's "Who is Most Glittering On-Stage", the reporter saw the figure of Zhang Li Yin, concentrating deeply in singing and dancing - her mood unaffected by her company's current affairs. Concerning Han Geng's contract termination, Zhang Li Yin has not released to the media any of her personal views on the situation. I just wonder if she's considering leaving cause SM's really not doing her any justice. Her last 'single' was terrible, the lead single mediocre at best, and I really could not sit through the entire thing more than once. How SM screwed up someone with such amazing raw talent is beyond me. Again, Avex is missing an R&B diva in Japan~ and they've had great success promoting alan.

On another note, I'd really love to hear Boa's view on the whole mess, since she's a stockholder.

Rumour goes that they're planning, but that doesn't mean that the events that wants artists from SME to perform wants the Henry and Zhang li yin duo. I'm sorry, but I really think it was quite clear when they stated that they would try to make Han Geng attend until the very end.

I love her so much, and I want her to get recognition and all, but idk if we really can blame everything on the 'bad promotion' she gets.

I know she doesn't get that much time to shine, but SME has always paired her up with some of their most popular artists which probably means he wants to use them as a bridge for her to become popular cause fans will watch her mvs because of the suju boys and listen to her songs(thats honestly how i started listening to timeless, because of junsu). Even though its stupid cause they steal the limelight away from her, but you can't say that SME didn't try to promote her at least a bit. She isn't the female version of any male in SME, so she didn't get the cruel treatment CSJH or SNSD got when they announced them as the female version of TVXQ and SUPER JUNIOR.

I just feel that Zhang Li Yin needs to find the people who's her main goal to capture their interest in, and then change her musical style accordingly. I really hate "Love me" tbh, it sounds like its unfinished and so messy:(

Yeah, it's sad. :( They totally have tried, and we've got to give them the props for that but Idk why they keep overshadowing her by "bridging" her with them. Why would she NEED to release a statement? The fact that she seems unaffected by the legal matters of others just means that she is being very professional about this case.
And, jfc, they make it sound like ZLY's been riding on Geng's coattails in this legal matter. How has this let her 'define her own popularity?' she shouldn't even be affected.

why does the article sound so bad? it is as if li yin doesn't care about the whole ordeal. i feel like they said she is nothing compared to hangeng, which is ridiculous because the girl has so powerful voice and i secretly wish she joins CSJH & so talented as well.

....and i somewhat feel like they are shipping henry here & there "when he is free of duty" but maybe that's just me...
