S. Korea wins gold in women's 3,000m relay short track
South Korea won gold medal in the women's 3,000 meter relay short track speed skating at the PyeongChang Winter Games on Tuesday, taking the event's title for two Olympics in a row.


Choi Min-jeong becomes first S. Korean athlete to win two golds at PyeongChang
With her second gold medal at the ongoing PyeongChang Winter Olympics, South Korea's short track speed skating star Choi Min-jeong had enough time to herald her supremacy in the sport.

Sweden took it's 8th medal today in the cross-skiing sprint relays. Another silver!
7 out of out 8 medals have been won by our women. A bit disappointed in the men but what can you do. Our winter queens are delivering so!

I can’t find the breakdown for the medals won this Olympics by men vs women, but I’m pretty sure it’s the same way for the US. Look at our women always coming through 💁🏻‍♀️

I feel bad for the American skier that’s getting a lot of shit from the us and the us media for competing under the Hungarian flag just to be in the Olympics. No one is giving the shirtless Tonga guy shit who, according to NPR, finished 114th in the cross country skiing event after only skiing on snow for just three months, shit for probably only taking up a winter sport just to be able to walk shirtless in the opening ceremony again. Going to the Olympics as an athlete is an amazing experience that not many people get to have, so who cares if she found a loophole just to be able to have that experience? Not everyone (even the athletes that do actually put in work for their sport) is going for a medal. And if it’s a matter of competing under a different flag, well last night in the women’s individual figure skating I saw three American women that were competing under different flags.
