is their company fine now again? earlier with the reports about their company being in danger etc. - but i see they still have some activities.. so is it all okay again? or no?

This variety was filmed in December and is not distributed directly through Weki Meki's company, I guess that's why its schedule release hasn't been changed. It probably will go on as if nothing happened.
As for Fantagio's future and their groups... idk the details but it doesn't look good to me :(
