Seohyun of SNSD has brought netizens great laughter lately with a discovery of her unbelievably bad luck. As the maknae of the 9-member group, Seohyun is usually designated at the far left or far right of the second line during an interview. What is interesting about her assigned spot is that every time SNSD is broadcasting, her face tends to be covered up by a caption.
This takes "Gee Gee" "GG" to a whole different level...
The netizen who uploaded the series of screenshots expressed, "If you think about it, this is really stifling." Other netizens also commented, "It's such a waste that Seohyun's pretty face is covered by a caption so often," and "I feel bad for her, but this is absolutely hilarious!"
It seems that no matter Seohyun is filming for - whether it's an interview, CF, or variety program - a caption is almost always plastered on her face due to the given arrangement of the group's position. Just as fellow group member Tiffany is prone to making mistakes on the choreography during live performances, is Seohyun doomed to become a faceless member of SNSD? We certainly hope not.
If there is any SNSD member who deserves such an unfortunate demotion, I nominate Yoona. We all know what SNSD's resident mascot looks like by now anyways. I think I've seen that chick's face more than the back of my own hand.
