Joo Sang Wook, Yoon Shi Yoon and Jin Se Yeon confirmed for "Grand Prince"

Joo Sang Wook, Jin Se Yeon and Yoon Shi Yoon have been confirmed as the leads of upcoming TV Chosun drama “Grand Prince”.

The historical drama is a passionate romance about two princes who fall in love with the same girl, where one would do anything to keep her, including killing his own brother. It will be directed by Kim Jung Min, who also directed KBS’s “The Princess’s Man” and “Gunman in Joseon,” and written by Jo Hyun Kyung of JTBC’s “Maids.”

Joo Sang Wook will play second-in-line to the throne, Prince Lee Kang. Although he is the son of a king and a prince, he is overshadowed by his elder brother, the Crown Prince, and his genius younger brother, played by Yoon Shi Yoon. In order to protect his right to the throne, he constantly keeps up outer appearances. In particular, he works to gain more power in order to win the woman (Jin Se Yeon) he loves from his brother. Ryu Hwa Young has also confirmed her appearance in the drama.

The first episode will air on March 4 on CSTV.

The historical aspect of this drama makes me want to watch. I like Joo Sang Wook and Yoon Shi Yoon too. I think I've only seen clips/gifs of Jin Se Yeon's acting, so I'm excited to see her in a drama.

I've watched every single drama that Yoon Si Yoon has starred in since High Kick but I'm not sure about this one 'cuz I CANNOT stand Jin Se Yeon. That girl just cannot act - she's just all pretty-pretty with the same expression no matter what feelings her character is going through. I gotta admit that I haven't watched her latest drama Flower in Prison but I've watched several dramas with her in it and she has never improved.
