I'm actually really surprised AoY2 won, but I did love it. This (semi) makes up for stupid Goblin winning best drama over the first season last year. And speaking of Goblin, it screwed things up for me yet again this year by beating This Life is Our First for worst ending when that in actuality had such a terrible ending it ruined the show for me, whereas Goblin's ending was the same bad quality as the rest of the show.

happy and sad to see shinee + jonghyun there... (especially on omona's list...) although i do think jonghyun deserved best male soloist with everything he did the past year: 2nd collection album all self-written/composed, 20 the letter concerts, 2 inspired concerts and i guess his final album as much as it hurts to write that...

i do think kang daniel was the most popular male idol (the kid was EVERYWHERE!!!) but taemin did SO MUCH (and i'm biased sorry not sorry), even within shinee, he owned 2017 for me (at least definitely my wallet felt that way!!!!!!): jpn drama, jpn solo concerts, 2nd jpn album, kr concerts, 2nd full kr album and repackage album
best choreo is def his tho!! really unique and so so proud still how he got all out of his comfort zone and did that regardless of he hated being viewed and made fun of for being/looking feminine/gay in the past (that's character development i LOVED)

and yas key's insta = life, especially the first 3-5 months of 2017 when he went 100% crazy with his hair and every day it was at least a different shade! + the cutest shinee family pics <3

i would have put taeyeon or iu on best female solo tho??? their sales were insane, also they both did amazingly in 2017 with albums, repacks and concerts! also for sure other album of the year altho that result was bound to happen, mmh looking at my own purchases likely taeyon's my voice deluxe, taemin's move, loona oec's mix&match or suju's play (i can't choose lol)
