You just go to the regular sites that you buy kpop albums from and once the pre-order has launched the sites usually have the albums in their selection (depending on where you from KpopMart, YesAsia etc., I bought mine from KpopTown bc they had both versions as a set). They just don't ship it until the actual release date of the album.
