- The contracts can include things like no dating, dieting, no holidays, and even plastic surgery.
- He would wake up at 6am and go to sleep around 2am, EVERY DAY.
- You only make about $2 a day.
- He says if you want to be a k-pop idol just become a YouTuber instead lmao.
- When Wengie asked him if she should become a k-pop idol he said "HELL NO!"
- He brought up how much harder it is for women in the k-pop industry than men.
- Told a story about how he doesn't drink alcohol, but was forced into it because it was offered by directors. He couldn't say no, or it could have hurt their opportunities to appear on shows.
- Told a story of an A-list female celebrity who just vanished one day and their were rumors that she was spending time with rich people for money. Points out that if he was pressured into drinking, that women may not have a choice in these situations either.
- "Think about all those female idols and what may have been happening to them, and.... maybe they felt like they didn't have a choice either."

“We never did anything to feel shame over or be concerned about,” says Jo Ga-young, a 33-year-old unmarried single mother, when asked if she was worried that her and her child’s real names and faces have been shown to the world. “Isn’t it a judgement in itself to think that we would be?”
Jo, Kim Seul-gi and An So-hee, three unmarried single mothers, recently spoke out against the stigma attached to unmarried single mothers in a campaign video funded by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
In the video, they are shown carrying out activities, such as cutting apples with their children, while discussing what it’s like to raise a child alone.

It's a pretty good read. Kinda gives you a small understanding on how single mothers in Korea are being treated, as well as how the government views single moms and their pov on abortion.

2017-12-10 10:08 pmkeytfelt.livejournal.comIn Just Between Lovers, JTBC’s new melodrama, Junho and Won Jin-ah’s characters are bound together through tragedy, both having miraculously survived a horrible accident that claimed the lives of their family members, and to an extent, their futures. Kang-doo, played by Junho, lives a rough life in the back streets after losing his father and his dream of becoming a soccer athlete. He seems a bit hot-headed, getting into fights regularly, even when the odds aren’t in his favor. Moon-soo, played by Won Jin-ah, holds a similar pain to Kang-doo, having lost her younger sister to what looks like a major accident, but Moon-soo doesn’t wear her scars on her sleeve.
