'Only One' to be Released on July 22nd at Noon!

The title song ‘Only One,’ written and composed by BoA, is Lyrical Hip-Hop music with heavy hip-hop drum beats, sweet piano melody and grand orchestration that create a dreamlike atmosphere.

Also, ‘Only One’ is choreographed by the world-renowned choreographer team ‘NappyTabs,’ who has previously worked with global stars like Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez. NappyTabs has also worked with BoA on her upcoming Hollywood movie ‘COBU.’

Meanwhile, all tracks of the 7th album ‘Only One’ and the music video (Dance version) of the title song ‘Only One’ will be released on July 22nd at noon. The album will also be available in stores from the 25th.

IU makes a cute mistake while performing in Japan

IU recently made an adorable mistake while performing on Fuji TV‘s ‘Mezamashi Live‘ that melted some hearts without a doubt!

The singer was originally scheduled to sing four songs, including the Japanese version of “You & I“, and give a final commentary before returning for an encore song, should the fans request it. Unfortunately for IU, she had to sing and dance in the heat, and by the end of her performance, she had completely forgotten her closing commentary.

She stated instead, “My head’s gone a bit weird because it’s so hot. I had a commentary specially prepared… This song is my last song. I’m supposed to leave now… I’ll go now.”

IU then hinted to the crowd that she also had an encore song prepared by shouting as she left the stage, “I want to hear you all say encore! Encore! Encore!”

The crowd readily shouted back for an encore, and IU adorably reemerged on stage, after leading the chant for the encore herself, to finish off her performance with one more song.

All I know is that according to their official facebook the group's musical genre is J-pop and their influences are 4Minute, After School Red, T-ara, Kara and Girls' Generation. D-Unit’s Wooram faints while practicing for debut

The new rookie girl group D-Unit has been anticipated by many as it has T-ara Boram‘s sister,Wooram as one of its members. Unfortunately, the heightened expectations seems to have taken a toll on her, as it has been recently reported that she had fallen unconscious during practice and is now recuperating.

Although the other members and company representatives thought Wooram was joking at first, panic set in as she did not get up and was quickly attended to.

Although her company was planning to take her to the hospital, Wooram refused treatment, according to her company and is currently resting at home.

“We believe she fainted due to pushing herself too hard for her debut,” said a D-Unit representative.“Since she was practicing over 10 hours a day, there seems to have been some stress and overwork. Perhaps it’s because she felt a need to live up to her sister, Boram, who debuted first.”

As for their debut, D-Unit revealed that everything will most likely proceed according to schedule. “The album preparations were done 1-2 months ago so we’re not pressed for time. We believe their first debut will take place according to schedule.”

D-Unit will reveal their first single, “I’m Missin’ You“, on August 2.

Seo In Guk confesses he might be developing feelings for A Pink’s Eunji?

Singer Seo In Guk has admitted that he may be starting to develop feelings for ‘Respond 1997‘ co-star A Pink‘s Eunji!

The star recently guested on tvN‘s talk show ‘Taxi‘ and was greeted by an observation made by ‘Respond 1997′ co-star Eun Ji Won, who revealed, “Seo In Guk and A Pink’s Eunji have a love line in tvN’s new drama ‘Respond 1997′. In real life, there’s an odd air to them. I caught Seo In Guk’s face turning red after he had to grab Eunji’s hand.”

Seo In Guk honestly replied, “I had absolutely no special feelings for Eunji at first but after working with her on the drama more and more, I think I’m starting to develop feelings for her.”

S. Korea Accused of Plotting to Destroy N. Korean Statues

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea said Friday that it has arrested a man sent by South Korean spies to destroy statues of Kim Il-sung, the country’s founding president and the grandfather of its current leader, Kim Jong-un.

Kim Il-sung, who died in 1994, is still revered as a godlike figure among most North Koreans. Destroying statues of him, placed prominently in all major North Korean towns, would be the boldest idea conceived by defectors from the North who have campaigned to topple the North Korean government since arriving in the South.

while I don't agree with destroying statues as a way to prove a point, I think the idea behind it is good. These defectors want to trigger a movement in the North so others can see the type of government-controlled country they are living in.
