Earlier, we reported that Sony Music would be unleashing their very own six-member idol group named ‘HITT‘ (Here Is the Top).
On July 1st, their label revealed that the boys had been praised by world-renowned pianist, Yiruma. Yiruma was so impressed that he decided to lend his talents for a track off of HITT’s debut album, “A Long Time“, by playing the piano melody for them. Yiruma is known for having worked with talented artists like Shin Seung Hoon, Vibe, and Bae Da Hae, but this is his first time working with an idol group, making the experience all the more special.

After releasing their new song, "Roly-Poly" and dominating the music charts, T-ara have been selected as the exclusive models for the cosmetics brand Tony Moly.
Tony Moly is a global cosmetic brand that is highly recognized by teens and also women in their 30s and 40s, and today it was announced T-ara were chosen as the new advertisement models.
A product representative said, "T-ara has a sophisticated, but urban image. Along with their unique personalities, they were chosen to be fit for Tony Moly's brand concept models. T-ara is not only able appeal to South Korea's model image for Tony Moly, but they will also be expected to be modeling for the brand in China, Japan and other Asian countries."
T-ara came back with the track "Roly-Poly" and have gained hot attention for their retro style. T-ara will begin shooting for Tony Moly in August and their campaign with Tony Moly with begin starting in September.

T-ara’s Eunjung volunteered for a cameo role in teammate Hyomin’s upcoming horror movie, ‘Gisaeng Ryung.’
Eunjung, who recently starred in her own horror flick, ‘White,’ will make an appearance alongside Hyomin as her high school friend.
While working in true team fashion, Hyomin and Eunjung snapped photos on set to share with their fans.
‘Gisaeng Ryung’ will be a chilling story of a young child’s unfair and untimely death, whose soul later lingers and takes over people’s bodies to commit heinous murders. The film will be released in August.

On July 8th, the fourth hint for After School’s red and blue units was revealed!
Pledis Entertainment tweeted, “Nana came to the office with a blue cell phone~!! Will Nana be in the blue sub-unit?”

On July 8th, SISTAR attended the event “WELLO! AFRICA“, hosted by World Vision.
At this charity-sponsored fashion show and bazaar, the girls worked the runway as models and later performed as well. Other stars, such as Lee Tae Ran and Jo Dong Hyuk were espied by reporters on scene. The event was hosted to promote education in Africa.

SBS PopAsia has confirmed with JK Entertainment that BEAST, SHINee, 4Minute, Secret, CN Blue, Miss A, Girls Generation, DBSK, KARA and 2AM will be performing at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on Saturday, November 12.
The event is called the K-pop Music Fest, and will be broadcast on Korean TV channel MBC. Although some Australian students have expressed concern for the concert dates to be changed due to school and university exams, at this stage the concert’s date remains in place due to the concert's broadcast commitments. PopAsia will keep you posted on any further updates in what will be THE biggest event in Australian Asian Pop history.
