TVXQ/DBSK is going to appear on Japanese television with all five members together. It will be their first public appearance together in almost 3 months, since they have not been seen together after their Osaka concert which happened on August 30th.

They will appear on Nihon TV's "Best Hit Music Award 2009" on coming 26th and Fuji TV's "FNS Music Award" on December 2nd. They are also planning on attending NHK's "Red White Kohaku" and "Japan Record Awards". Members will soon part for Japan in order to plan their schedules for these end of year ceremonies.

Although Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu are legally independent of SM Entertainment now, they are still bound to AVEX, their Japanese management. As long as their contract with AVEX stands, they are to carry on with their Japanese schedules. Will they really appear as one TVXQ on these shows, and will there be any performances?

A.N.JELL to hold a second mini-concert

Prior to the drama’s premiere, a mini-concert had been staged featuring A.N.JELL, the band within the drama You’re Beautiful, for concert scenes that were used in an early episode. With the drama coming to a close, producers have announced that they’ll be holding a second mini-concert in two days’ time.

The first mini-concert was held on September 20, and although the drama hadn’t yet aired, 1,500 people showed up to participate as audience members. (I’m sure it helped that Jang Geun-seok and Lee Hong-ki already had solid fanbases.) This second concert’s footage will be used in the upcoming week’s finale episode, and a notice has been posted on the official webpage inviting fans to participate. It will take place at 6pm on November 23 at the same location as the first concert, Seoul’s MelOn AX Hall.

Meanwhile, You’re Beautiful wraps up its broadcast run this Thursday with Episode 16. (I know there are rumors about a Season 2, but I’m pretty sure that’s wishful thinking based on half-joking words. Apparently Jung Chan, who plays President Ahn Sung-chan, capped off an interview by spouting a litany of English words — in the style of his character — which included, “Jackpot, season 2, let’s go!”)

Eun Ji Won was one of the guests on today's episode of Star Golden Bell where he confessed his fear of his fans.

He was asked what he was afraid of when he used to be an idol. He said, "My fans. When I didn't act the way they wanted me to, I felt like I would die."

He continued, "For example, when I had a weird hairstyle my fans would be like, 'Why did he do that?' and 'Why would he ever do his hair in such an ugly style?' It was scary." Then the MC's mentioned that idols are usually afraid of antis, scandals, and weirdly captured photos. Eun Ji Won said, "I was not afraid of anti fans at all. I don't look at anti fans' comments. I only read comments made by the fans that loved me."

The MC's said to him, "There had to be at least one time when you saw a mean comment." Eun Ji Won replied, "By an accident I saw a comment that said, 'What are you?'"

BoA’s 7th Album is Cancelled

It has been less than two weeks since we reported that BoA will be involved in producing her 7th album. However, it seems like it will be difficult to listen to any tracks from her 7th album anytime soon.

Fans all over the world are puzzled and shocked by e-mails from CDJapan, one of the many Japanese retailers of her upcoming album.

The e-mail reads:

According to the e-mail, BoA's 7th Japanese album has been cancelled without even an indication of its release on a later date. Does this mean that we may never hear tracks BoA, herself, co-produced?

SM Entertainment seriously needs to make a come back. First, the TVXQ controversy, and now the cancellation of BoA's album? Maybe this rumored boy-band will mark SM's comeback into the limelight.

The reason behind their split

We recently reported about Seo Seung Ah and Ahn Yong Joon's split after nearly 2 years together. However, their names are making the news again due to the reason behind the break-up. Personality differences? Well, that was what HE said. This is what SHE revealed.

On November 20th, a representative of Ahn Yong Joon said, "The two broke up 3-4 months ago due to irreconcilable differences." In a later interview, he said that he would like to remain silent regarding the break-up. Netizens were all sympathetic of their split, until now.

On the 21st, Seo Seung Ah revealed the 'uncomfortable truth' through her minihompy, in which she said that, 'He cheated on me."

In her minihompy, she wrote:
"The lies you said in order to hide the fact that you were cheating on me were even greater."
On the 20th, she even said, "Ahn Yong Joon probably brought out he subject of our break-up after four months because he has a new movie coming out."

Now, if Seo Seung Ah's words are true, then Ahn Yong Joon will be in a very uncomfortable situation, however, if Seo Seung Ah is lying, then this issue may go out of hand and even fall into the hands of the court for public slander.

Aside from legal issues, netizens are simply disappointed by their immature quarreling. The fact that an ex-couple that dated for nearly 2 years is arguing publicly made the netizens look down upon their behaviors. The sympathetic attention of fans became a lose-lose situation for both actors.

Meanwhile, Seo Seung Ah also wrote, "I don't want to be caught up his (Ahn Yong Joon) company's press play anymore. I cannot stand the shameless and blunt articles using our split for more publicity."

So, who's telling the truth? Was their break-up due to their irreconcilable differences? Or was it due to a two-timing cheater?

ELLE magazine has done it again. In the recent campaign for this renowned fashion magazine, their “Share Happiness” put together a special campaign along with famous celebrity models such as Jang Dong Gun, Hwang Jung Min, Joo Jin Mo, Shin Mina, Gong Hyeong Jin, Han Jae Seok, as well as their colleagues and friends, Cha Tae Hyun, Lee Byung Hun, Go Joon Hui and Kim Nam Gil.

The photoshoot is designed to help fundraising some funds to fight the hunger for children of Africa. Their concept is pretty similar than the one Lee Byung Hun took in yesterday’s news, but this time they’re working together with United Nations World Food Program (WFP), in which Jang Dong Gun is the goodwill ambassador for the organization.

Elle mentioned that the photoshoot with Jang Dong Gun was pretty awesome. They all got along and had quite a lot of fun with all the models. Meanwhile, Jang Dong Gun, Lee Young Ae, and Go So Young help to raise some fund donations along with the rest of 93 stars, in this 2 years annivesary of Elle Korea’s “Share Happiness” campaign.

December last year, ELLE Korea collected total donations of ₩ 250,000,000, in which they have used all the funds to support the same mission. This time, they will go for the World Food Program, Compassion International, Good Neighbors, along with other charity programs held by medical centers and goodwill associations such as Loving Hands and many others.
