INFINITE Talks About Next Album And Sunggyu’s Upcoming Solo Album

It looks like both INFINITE and member Sunggyu will be making comebacks soon!

During a V Live broadcast held on October 25, Sunggyu shared, “We’re recording some new music these days for our upcoming album. I’m recording both INFINITE’s album and my solo album.”

In regards to the group’s upcoming album, Sungjong commented, “We’ll be releasing a full album for the first time in a while, and it’ll contain a solo track from each of the six members. However, we’re wondering exactly what kind of album we should create.”

“Personally, I want us to try something different this time. We showed performances up until now, but along with that, I want to try something with more mass appeal. I want us to return with a track that appeals to the public,” he added.

INFINITE will be making their first comeback this year as a six-member group following Hoya’s departure.

Also, YAAAAAAS ANOTHER SUNGGYU ALBUM. There's a side of the fandom that thinks that two solo albums is enough (or too much) but I respectfully disagree, lol.

can't lie i'm more excited at gyu's (pseudo-nell) 3rd album rather than infinite full album. esp if we're gonna get member solo songs, that's already 6 songs out of 10. pls be good pls pls pls i can objectively say that last romeo was too haphazard for me. nothing can top paradise repack for me.

Also lol @ them "wondering exactly what kind of album we should create" when last month the ~official word from the company was that they were re-recording tracks supposedly already recorded in the first half of the year before Hoya left. Maybe try to keep your story straight before y'all decide to keep lying, Woollim.

Also Sunggyu has already been seen filming a MV so his album's pretty much done lol. My guess is it'll drop right after Lovelyz' comeback because he'll be getting an enlistment notice pretty quick here.

Woollim never responded to or acknowledged it (not even with a lawsuit for using the photo which is ???) so it kind of fell off the face of the earth. I say kind of because it's obviously affecting Woohyun's ability to get schedules in Korea since he's the only one without anything rn; even his FC Men gig has apparently been axed. Tl;dr, blame Woollim.
