They try to explain the following words:
- Bias (= your favorite member of a K-Pop group)
- Visual (= the member who is considered the most attractive by the ideal set of beauty standards)
- Hi-Touch (= a fan service or contest where the winners line up to give various K-Pop idols a high-five)
- Trash (= when you have an unhealthy obsession with a particular group or celebrity and you acknowledge it)

I'm in the bus just stifling my laughter when they try to go all deep with their guesses. "I was high-touched by their music" lmaoooooooo

I feel like that girl was there just to mention BTS every 10-20s to make the video relevant enough for clicks.

I thought they had that covered with the preview picture. They were pretty transparent in that regard. I think BTS is just the only kpop group that girl knows to mention

You think they care enough to try and justify clickbaiting? Buzzfeed?

No lol. That's why I said "~justified".

idk trash is an odd one for me i feel like i saw that a lot more in anime/manga fandoms than i did in kpop but then again those people tend overlap a lot more nowadays. either way its just a tired term i think ?? i mean i know of some people who use it ironically but then it stops being that after a while

it's never been "fandom" specific imo, i've seen it used for bands to tv to anime to kpop

it's pretty much just a general fandom term by this point, I don't think it was ever specific to kpop

I could easily see "Bias" being used in a similar context to show blatant favoritism towards something, but that's about the only one.

Did they explain this to them as being Korean kpop fan slang? The way they're trying to guess with the dumbest responses and how they were surprised it was close to the English definitions makes me think so.

Either way this was a dumb, cringe video. Try harder

Oh good lol. At the very start of the gif I was like "someone else" but then he closes his mouth and I recognized he looked Kihyun-esque. I needed to confirm haha

trash is not a fandom/stan culture slang? it's used only in kpop?

comments here say it's a fandom/stan culture term

personally i've only knew about "trash" in this context since 2015 and it was kpop fandom
