The only way I can think of is download it and watch it. I use this (http://en.savefrom.net/1-how-to-download-youtube-video/) to dl videos from youtube. You just put in the link and it let's you choose options from there. Maybe someone else can give you a better option? I know some of the ones I looked at were pretty iffy.

generally i use keepvid too to rip em, but this one doesn't work too. kept giving me forbidden error message. but another user's suggestion worked! so thank you! ♥

i'd suggest YouPak, but it's pretty shady unless you have a really good adblocker on your browser :/

Use the latest version of opera browser which has free VPN feature. Alternatively there's a free VPN app also from opera if you're on mobile. I know using VPN usually slows down the connection but it's better than nothing i guess.
