SYNOPSIS: Story is set in Daegu, South Korea during the 1970's. Lee Jung-Hee is in the 2nd grade of high school. She has a bright personality and is the second daughter of a family who runs a toy factory. She and her friends go through adolescence.

I haven't decided if I actually like this drama or not.. I feel for an 8 episode drama the story hasn't really gone anywhere and we're already half way through? The acting is good though I guess.

Ugh, go away Jin. He's only being nice now because he got shut down by who he really likes. The second I saw my crush punching someone innocent that crush would be over, but apparently not for Jung Hee. Also lol at freaking out over a pimple when she has bangs to cover it?

I'm totally here for a Dong Moon end game, please. He's definitely a little overbearing and needs to lay off a little, especially when she tells him to leave her alone, but he definitely cares about her and he's just adorable. I hope at least that they can grow their friendship, those moments when they're together are cute. I like his friendship with Bong Soo, they're idiots.

How old is Young Choon supposed to be? Because he's hanging around all these high school students and it's a little weird. He's looking mighty good in this drama though. I like that there's like 4 different girls/women with crushes on him. Adds to the complete craziness that are the lovelines in this show.

Poor Hye Joo, in a new place all alone with her dad missing. I feel so bad for her every time she tries to be friends and Jung Hee shuts her down over a stupid boy. None of this is her fault whatsoever and she doesn't even like him! I just need that cute moment from last week where they were singing and were friends to come back please. I'd also like for Jung Hee's friend group to get more screentime and less focus on the bully girls.

The music in this show is amazing, kudos to them for that. I also really like the bully girls after school outfits, I love seeing what they put them in. I wonder if they're dropping the missing women from the factory plotline? I thought that was going to be a sizeable part of this show, but I don't want it to come up and then be resolved in the 4 episodes we have left. I'm fine with this cute coming of age story if that's all we get.

my guess is youngchoon's supposed to be 23~25, esp. if the high school students are seniors. that would make him old enough for the rumor that engcho's his daughter to make sense, since she's around 5, too—i can't really imagine him being older than that, and i think the other gangster guy is a year or two his senior
