Wanna One is preparing for their first comeback!
On September 13, the group’s agency YMC Entertainment revealed, “Wanna One is working on a new album aimed for the third week of November. This album is a repackaged album.”
A few new tracks are expected to be on the album, and the group is likely to promote on music shows. The exact date of the release has not been decided yet.
The resulting group from the top 11 of “Produce 101 Season 2” debuted with “Energetic” on August 7 and sweeped charts immediately after its release, eventually taking 15 music show wins.

Also I'm glad it's in November (meaning more time for them to rest instead of a rumoured October comeback) also personal reasons; my wallet needs rest too.. kinda overspent for their fanmeet lol.
What's up with all the repackaged EP anyways? I don't think there have been any prior to GFRIEND maybe.. but instead of a 2nd mini album at least a repackaged album means more rest for the boys (recording 2 songs + learning choreo for 2 songs) is definitely a lot easier than doing 5-6 songs.. Kinda wished they would get more rest though now that they will be flying out of Korea more for the next 1-2 months. :/

Producing a few songs to add to an existing album instead of making enough for a whole new one is cheaper and faster, plus you can charge more considering the number of songs in the final output. :\
