iKON literally had this aesthetic during My Type and Airplane...in fact even lyrics wise for this song it seems like a continuation of the Airplane story line.

Their sound has always been diverse and tbh this sound has been in western and kpop music for a while before Winner did it. Give iKON's debut album a chance as well as their Japanese releases and you'll get and insight of their sound.

Also most of this album was made and supposed to be released last year even an MV was filmed last year but YG pushed it back and gave us mobb which no one asked for.
