it's good to see that hotshot doesn't have to pretend to not know sungwoon or something. pretty sad seeing how nuest clearly thinks twice before mentioning minhyun and it was painfully awkward during mcountdown. pretty sure it's because of the bad comments about mh after he talked about nuest. I just can't with some ""fans""....
I don't have a specific link or anything, but stuff I saw people talking about on twitter.. probably akgaes trying to find something to hate him complained when he posted on nuest fancafe (on his birthday... I think, can't remember now), and then apparently were complained at wanna one's fancafe about happy together bcs he talked about nuest and how happy he was because the group was trending (these people, I swear...). for what I get, they want him to act as if he doesn't have a past, it's so fucking weird. and I bet he saw the comments, management, even nuest, idk... because nuest started to kind of avoid mentioning him and then mcountdown came and it's so weird imo lol even the video that mnet uploaded (and got it down god knows why) with them was weird. the boys look unsure if they can openly talk to him, everything is so awkward lol (sorry, no idea if I made anything clearer for you lol)
that's why I was happily surprised to see how openly sungwoon was with hotshot.
edited to add this... the only thing I don't know if it's true is that this translation said that he mentioned nuest on wanna one's fancafe, but I think what the original meant was that wanna one fans were bashing him on wanna one's fancafe because he posted on nuest fancafe and talked about the group. not that he talked about nuest at wanna one fancafe. People who get hung up on every perceived slight should really go get mental help. But the kpop industry doesn't help itself be speaking out against irrational requests, but instead make the idols say sorry when they have done nothing wrong
yeah... and while every group has akgaes, I feel like these survival tv shows groups have it even worse because the whole voting and competition that put them against each other for months. this stuff not just increase the "I love him and only him" but also the entitlement these stans can have because they're the ones responsible to make the member debut/be part of the group.
