Same. I don't listen to kpop anymore but I came to see their comeback because I have good memories with them. I wanted it to be a nice comeback in order to celebrate the anniversary and say a proper goodbye before they all start a new career, as idoles or not.

I received my JJP albums this week. I'd pre-ordered two albums, one of both, and then later on I'd bought a 3rd one lol.

After I received my 3rd album, for some miraculous luck, I didn't get any photobook twice, not to mention I got the photobook that I wanted, with a mini JY poster and photocard PLUS with the 3rd album I'd forgotten I'd ordered my poster in a tube and I got the version of the poster that I liked more from the first batch and now I have it without creases.

My point is, I was beside myself on Wednesday because I'm never this lucky and I just wanted to share that lol.


On another note, I just spontaneously bought another pair of sunglasses online because their ad lured me in with urging people to buy before they run out of stock!!1 and I think I have a problem. I owe way too many sunglasses and I keep buying more of them, aaah. I love them so much.

I stupidly decided to try to update my OS for my MacBook Pro and it froze and wouldn't update, so now it's been over 3 hours with lots of googling and rebooting and even more swearing and I want to throw it out the window. It's 2:15 am and I have to leave in the morning for a 12 hour drive with a friend I'm currently peeved at, so that's fun.

I don't think there will be a drama round up for a few days because of the aforementioned computer problems and driving and my hatred of all things at the moment.

My nephew is a year and a half and finally started to call me something--he says "Fifi" (which is the last syllable of my name) and it's super adorable.

officially 4 weeks until the KARD concert, I'm pretty excited. not only for the concert, but getting out of town for the weekend and I have to clean my car too.

Morning Omona! It's my birthdaaaaaay! I'm so happy it's on a Friday so I can actually go out and enjoy myself without fear of having to work the next day. After the shot show of events that happened in the US I need a great time to defuse! To treat myself I bought a bunch of albums that have been sitting in my Yesasia cart lol.

I don't feel 25 at all and I keep pushing away that feeling of "oh shit I should have my life together" because I don't lol. The biggest birthday resolution I have is to renew my passport so I can finally plan a trip out of the country so I can visit family.

Edit: my best birthday gift Omona would be GIFS of BTS lmao!

i went to watch battleship island last night and my eyes welled up half of the time i was watching. i couldn't bear watching some of the scenes.

my heart sank when the women and children lining up for check up so they can be used as comfort women :( they were treated like a piece of meat, worth nothing other than to please the japanese soldier. also the part where they roll the girl on top of nail beds oh god it makes me sick.

im so conflicted about KCON Australia. I wanna go but like the acts I want to see are on 2 different days and i dont feel like spending $400~ on concert tickets just to watch them perform for like 15 minutes each. I would also have to fly into sydney and get accomadation. BUT I WANT TO SEE MONSTA X, EXO AND WANNA ONE LIKE THIS MIGHT BE MY ONLY CHANCE BUT I DONT FEEL LIKE SPENDING SO MUCH. also ppl are saying there might another one in Australia next year so I might wait, like Wanna One would still be a group then.

Or i might just fly to the US and go to the KCON there, make a trip out of it

ive been two 3 kcons. 1 in California and 2 in NYC. ive only been to the concerts for the NYC so ive never seen how the convention is like there

but i went to the convention in CA+ the concert and i think i spent most of my time in line trying to get into the place. like my friends and i got there at 6am saw that the line was around the block ( these were fucking huge lines and it cut through a garden ) and we finally got situated at 12. i got a really mean sunburn lol. at that time most of the artist arrangements were done and some of the panels were also done.

i get end up getting a pass for the red carpet (for both days) and a pass to see bts. it wasn't a hi-touch or signing but at least i saw them tho.

overall idk if they fixed their situation with the lines and stuff but i would skip the convention.
