But he doesn't attack Yoo Jae Suk because he's scared of the fans ㅋㅋ I hope someone criticizes Dong Hyun harshly for his lack of talent and his school. I want to see how Kim Gura will react to that.

I disagree with Miryo and Zico being on here.

For all that I dislike about Zico, I'd never deny that he's a good rapper. Also, I wouldn't say Yoobin is overrated? She seems appropriately rated for her ability imo.

Since I don't understand the language they are rapping in I can only judge on a base of what is pleasurable to my ears, kinda?
So overrated for me: Mino - everybody and their mothers praise the guy and I used to be ok with him too, but the way he speaks words with specific mannerism, like idk underlaying them, like sentence falls apart - every word on its own? Idk, I can't explain it properly but this + his attempts at singing...- he prob is good rapper and all generally, just keep him far from me lol
Underrated: Idk, I.M from MonstaX? I know shit about technical stuff but for me his voice is hella nice to listen to colour wise? Him and Jooheon (when the latter do not play riddic card of Zico's on steroids cosplay) are the better ones from newish kpop groups and I say it as a person who mostly skip rap parts in whatever idols release lmao

ia re: the language barrier thing. Obviously that affects our ability to judge somewhat, like we can't really pick up on the cleverness or wit in the lyrics, but things like tone, passion, flow, etc we can still discern.

All I know is Got7's rap line is fucking awful lol (but I like Jinyoung and Yugyeom)

language barrier is a big thing cuz Mino for example mostly gets praise for his word play, something we can't really ascertain since we don't speak Korean LOL I find his rapping pretty palatable but he does this weird forced tone sometimes where he sounds like a 14 year old boy trying to make his voice deeper that gets on my last nerve lmaooo

Idk his word play might be great or something but his tone is horrific and he does this weird enunciation thing that drives me up the wall. Not a huge fan of his flow either

Jessi I think is only 'overrated' because she's not the best rapper (relies on tone) but like, she releases better music than 99% of your oppas, so idc

I think Yubin is here because of her uprs appearance, iirc she won a track there but was generally underwhelming so it kind of felt forced by mnet? Idk I remember her stans praising her in the posts here but inwardly very much disagreeing

Bobby's wordplay is ridiculous he'll never get on this list as long as he can fall back on what he did for SMTM which is the only time he's really flexed his muscles.

Kisum doesn't belong on this list, she's probably appropriately rated. No one calls her a lyrical miracle worker, and she mostly focuses on chill stuff she can easily flow over. I'm with you on the other ones tho!

For Yubin I think it's more of a case of her being one of the earlier examples of a second generation girl group idol rappers - the WG structure definitely was one to influence GGs even today IMO - so she slides that way but I doubt she would consider herself one of the best and even said she want to UPRS to improve IIRC so leave ha alone!

I don't really consider GD a rapper. But yeah, he'd also be my choice. Zico as well. I'm very torn on Jessi. i really want to like her because I loved the song covers that she did years ago before she blew up in Unpretty Rapstar and I just feel like she's more of a tryhard at the moment. (But I am not dismissing her talents in the same time.. it's just... I don't even know how to come to describe the way I feel about her).

I love me some Euaerin, LE and Yezi's rapping though if idols considered.

Idk much of khh scene but for idol rapper, I think ilhoon deserve better. I only pay attention to btob earlier this year and for me, he have the clearest pronounciation its pleasing to my ear lol.

My underrated rapper is probably Zelo from B.A.P. yongguk gets a lot of cred, but for me, yongguk's always been a bit more of a producer and his rap is maybe not always the most interesting (though his wordplay is superb). for me, zelo just has such an interesting tone and flow, and basically, I want him to do more rapping, he's really great.

even though many on omona love her, yezi really doesn't get enough attention from the public, she's my top female rapper (even with messes like anck su namun)

GD's a rapper? That's news to me.

The rest of this isn't a surprise except for Zico and Choiza being so high on the list. That bad public rep choiza has really did a number on him because I remember when he was untouchable and it honestly wasn't that long ago that all of KHH fucked with every Dynamic Duo track bar none. Gaeko is massively talented so maybe that hurts Choiza. Zico doesn't belong on this list, as much of a fuckboy as he is, he's an absolutely great rapper. If anything Jay Park belongs on this list before Zico does.

Black Nut deserves to be higher, add Okasian to this list.
