Taeyang will be premiering his 2 new title track MVs and album live on V app on August 16, 6pm KST.

Each album will come with a different photobook/photocards. The pictures shown are the limited first editions of the albums, which are made with real feathers/flowers. Apparently there is a disclaimer that the items "may fade over time" which is consistent with YG's history of Bigbang albums physically deteriorating -_-

Taeyang responded to some fans' comments about the albums:

XXX : " Oppa, what am I supposed to buy among the red, blue and white one. I have been troubled for one hour........... "

YB : " In that case.. Just buy everything..^^ "


XXX : " What is so beautiful like youngbae "

YB : " 🤤


XXX : " 0🍐(youngbae) oppa, will the fresh/raw materials fade away... I'm worried.. "

YB : " Don't worry! That's not gonna happen! "

That album art is not what I was expecting but in character for Dong "I love flowers" Youngbae. A track list for the album still hasn't been released yet?

my only guess is that he literally made them himself and insisted on using them because they do not match the aesthetics of any of the promo material or his previous albums at all lmao. I wonder if he'll talk about it on the broadcast

what weird album covers. i mean, they're pretty, but they really don't have the vibe of a taeyang comeback or anything. i might just use a picture of some glaciers or something, tho i do like the red one.

All of his previous albums have pretty much had black covers so I kinda get why he might want a change of pace. This is very different though lol, I was expecting more of a glacier/lightning theme. The Rise teasers were pretty consistent with the aesthetic of the album so this feels very out of left field based on what we've seen so far. You do you though YB i guess :p
