(RUMOUR) AOA member to appear on KBS ‘The Unit’ (idol rebooting project)

KBS' new show "The Unit" (formerly "Final 99") is expected to air its first episode in October. The show is for idols from "failed" groups and a chance for them to retrieve their career. Now rumours have surfaced, saying that one (or more?) members from the failing girlgroup AOA will participate. Chances are high that it's only a mistake and they're talking about the drummer girl that left the group last year. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

Idk how I feel about these kind of shows. Usually it just feeds off of the sadness and sorrow of people who sacrificed everything to be an idol and got absolutely nowhere. These tv shows hardly ever lead to a second chanve and proper exposure so maybe they just shouldn't.

That would be so weird if it was one of the remaining girls from AOA, considering they just did that V-live saying they were concentrating on solo activities. I think fans would thrown a fit if one of the girls left now and she would be seen as a traitor more than likley.

idk anything about this show, but is there anyway they'd be showing up as an mentor or something? Maybe talking to the "failed" idols about how AOA is rebranding itself now that Choa is gone?

It bothers me a little how many people in other places are suggesting Youkyung (who is studying music and leading a chill life in general atm so unlikely), last thing she needs is a third shitty debut :/

Helping the girls get a fresh restart would be greatly appreciated but not this way, plus there are definitely groups out there who need this more
