They were busking, she said they were disrupting her business altho they hadn't even started yet so I really doubt it LOL.

By the looks of it, I think they were in Myeongdong, which has all sorts of small events in that area all the time. And there are little businesses set up all over the place. If the group was disturbing her business then they were probably disturbing other people's businesses as well and you don't see anyone else getting all shove-y.

I spent a summer in Seoul a while back and I remember this one time I was standing near the doors of a train and older man realized he needed to get off so he started to run and just sort of football style slammed his shoulder into me to get out of the train lol I did't fall over but I fell into the wall and was very startled.
