This is all a bunch of crap being spread by Seungjun akgaes.They're trying to do the same to Youjin and they also targeted Jihun back during U era because they're a bunch of assholes who want him to go solo.
The picture isn't his phone background or display, it looks like he opened it.That video is from back in 2015 during one of their my KNK tv episodes (I'll have to search for it) and the boys had Twitter accounts back then so he could have opened it while scrolling since that selfie was one she tweeted on the MyB account.
