The three members of top pop group TVXQ, who have been in a dispute over what they called a slave-like contact with their agency SM Entertainment, will meet fans Saturday in a charity event.
Yes24, an Internet bookstore, said in a notice on its Web site that the three ― Xiah, Mickey and Hero ― will take part in the "Smile Again"' charity to be held at a gym in Korea University in Seoul at 5 p.m. But U-Know and Max, the group's two other members who didn't join the rebellion, will not be present at the event.
"Smile Again" is a charity to be organized by the ChildFund Korea.
This is the first time since the Mnet Asian Music Awards in late November that the three TVXQ members will meet fans. Xia is scheduled to appear in the musical "Mozart" in January.
In late October, a court ruled that the three members could appear in movies, dramas and commercials without approval from the agency.
The band has not performed domestically since the conflict surfaced, though they have occasionally had shows in other Asian nations.
