I hope your week has been going okay.

Today marks the end of my 4th week with a personal trainer & nutritionist. I work out from Monday to Friday for an hour a day. (30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training.) And to my own surprise, I've been sticking to my food adjustments remarkably well. I did a weigh-in last week and I lost 11 pounds and shed 3% body fat. Not much, but I also have never worked out before in my life. So this is a true adjustment and I'm grateful to myself for any small progresses I make. Hoping to be down 25 lbs before my birthday at the end of August.

They don't tell you that you ballon before you see weight loss. All my clothes feel so much tighter even though the scale says I'm down in weight. Muscle growth? idk. Here's to living healthier!

Also I am moving soon, so I thought I would share the tacky as fuck video I made of my childhood room before we move. I am planning on having just as much clutter and posters in the new place, but I am hoping to upgrade to have it be a bit more mature with IKEA furniture and the like. I am not sure how well I will like sitting at a computer desk in a computer chair though? I am so used to my bed, and my posture is fine, honestly. I wonder if I will get sore in a real chair haha. I got my signed NINANO cd from makestar in the post AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Minzy was the first idol I fell in love with so it feels incredible to have a SIGNED, SOLO cd from her. It's also massive, like, it's basically a full size photobook with a cd in the back and some lyrics. I also got my berry good package which was really sweet, I got a handwritten note from sehyun (hearteyesemoji)

Work is stressful because of nepotism and getting shafted because of it but it's ok because I can go home and stare at photos of minzy, it's fine.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the end of rpdr! I actually really liked the finale format and was really happy about the winner (mostly cause they were my fave). I'm in the UK close to London and I'm going to try and check out more UK drag, from what I've seen of it it's closely aligned with the drag I've liked on rpdr.

Does anyone here like cooking? Does it take alot of time for you?
I've been looking to cut down on eating out and am thinking of packing lunches to work, but dont really like to spend so much time cooking. Right now, i mostly pack salads/fry an egg and bring that to work but i get hungry quite easily lol. And i spend loads of time dicing/slicing up all the veggies lol!

I love cooking. I haven't had much time for it for a while but I like that it relaxes me and although I'm fairly sure I'm not that good at it by anyone's standards I don't mind the end result. Timewise it's a problem. Sometimes it takes me an hour to prepare something so usually I take advantage of that hour to make more and have the next 1-2 days as well, other times it doesn't take that much. It depends on what I'm cooking.
Chicken is easy and fast to cook if you want your salads to keep you full for longer, unless you're a vegeterian.

I just started watching Circle and I'm completely hooked. I feel VERY invested in these twins and I'm only an episode and a half in, help.

About to head off to my sister's for the weekend and see my nephews for the first time since January!! :D Going to listen to Crush's new album all the way there on the train, it's so perfect even if it's only three songs. I also just put down a deposit for a holiday to Chicago & NYC next year so I'll be broke for the forseeable future to scrimp and save for it, but I'm so excited that after years of planning my friend and I have finally booked something!

my holiday request @ work got approved so i'm going home for 2 weeks in july. gonna be with my family for my birthday i can't wait ;-;

so im 99..99999999% sure i failed my calc 2 class. i feel like i should be sad and disappointed with this, but it was a lot of material to learn in a month. so im looking forward to taking calc2 in the fall. at least i'll know what to expect and have a little advantage.

i passed my first uni year with no re-exams nor any failed classes, feel so happy :D i hope i can keep this up for the next 3 years and get that bachelor to go right into a master ^^ and if the week wasn't already great, I went to eat sushi twice and i got a rare t-ara album I wanted so badly for super cheap (compared to online) :)

also KARD is coming to my country, definitely trying to get tickets for that, i've following them since the first post here about them and loving all their singles so far and their vlog via M2/MNET is also so much fun to watch ^v^

Ulta gave me a coupon for 20% off everything other than those crazy $300 dyson hair dryers so I went there yesterday and still ended up spending too much money. There's still a few things they don't carry that I want which I will prob have to get from Sephora -- I hate that place bc they have the worst rewards system ever, it's not even worth it to me to spend money there.

I want to make a new playlist for the gym -- any recs for upbeat non-kpop stuff? For some reason, I can't listen to kpop when I'm working out bc I either want to start dancing or singing along and my gym is always packed so everyone would think I was nuts lol.

Speaking of music, does anyone like Zara Larsson? I was kind of meh on her bc her voice isn't my cup of tea but some of her songs are really catchy. My friend and I have been listening to this constantly when we're in the car and we always end up getting stupidly hype to it lol.
