Kim Soo Hyun Thanks IU And Suzy For Making Cameo Appearances In “Real”
Kim Soo Hyun has once again demonstrated his solid friendships with IU and Suzy.
During a recent interview, Kim Soo Hyun shared that he had personally asked IU and Suzy to make cameo appearances in his upcoming film “Real.”
“At first, I lightly asked if they had time to make cameos. When I proposed a specific time, they readily agreed [to appear in my film] so I was really thankful,” he expressed.
“For Suzy’s scene, she had to arrive on set six hours in advance to get some temporary tattoo makeup. After she finished filming her scene, she came up to me and said, ‘You never told me this was part of the plan.’ I felt really sorry so I couldn’t do anything but thank her,” he added.
Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun also recently talked about his bed scene with co-star Sulli.
Kim Soo Hyun Candidly Talks About His Bed Scene With Sulli
Actor Kim Soo Hyun sat down for an interview to talk about his upcoming film “Real,” which has been garnering a lot of hype these days.
During the interview, he shared what it was like to film a bed scene with Sulli. “Because nudity was involved in this scene, we had a lot of things to worry about. When we started filming the scene, Sulli and I couldn’t say our lines because we were so busy sucking in our stomachs and holding our breaths. Since our stomach muscles were all tensed up, our voices came out like a mosquito’s and we ended up causing a lot of bloopers,” he revealed.
When asked why he decided to star in such an explicit movie, Kim Soo Hyun responded, “It was really burdensome, but at the same time, I had an overwhelming desire [to be in it]. The film does have a lot of [mature content], but I couldn’t imagine any other actor playing the role of Jang Tae Young.”
“Real” will be released in theaters on June 28.
Kim Soo Hyun Reveals What He Hopes For Before He Enlists To The Military
Kim Soo Hyun shared his thoughts as he approaches his enlistment.
On June 26, Kim Soo Hyun attended the press conference for the movie “Real.” This movie is known as Kim Soo Hyun’s first return to the big screen in four years, as well as his last work before enlistment.
Kim Soo Hyun showed his enthusiasm for the film by saying, “The prefix that I’ve made for ‘Real’ is ‘Kim Soo Hyun’s representative work of his twenties.’ Since it was filmed last year, I hope that it’s remembered as my representative work of my twenties.”
He said about his enlistment, “As for the military, the exact timing hasn’t been determined yet.” He then added, “If the timing of it worked and I were able to do one more drama or movie before I left, I couldn’t wish for anything more. However, I think we’ll have to wait and see what the timing will be.”
Meanwhile, “Real” is a movie starring Kim Soo Hyun, Sung Dong Il, and Sulli. The story involves two men and their secrets around Asia’s largest casino. It is set to open in theaters on June 28.
Kim Soo Hyun Returns To “Infinite Challenge” For A Bowling Rematch With A Twist
Kim Soo Hyun was back on “Infinite Challenge,” ready to claim his title as bowling champion, until the unexpected happened.
On June 24, MBC’s “Infinite Challenge” aired a special called “Let’s find the delicious food truck” featuring Kim Soo Hyun. During the episode, Kim Soo Hyun met the producers of the variety program and was presented with an award for winning the bowling competition.
At first, Kim Soo Hyun thought the gift was a bowling ball, but it was actually a box with a letter inside, which read, “We’ve prepared a food truck as your present. Let’s bowl one more time, Soo Hyun.” Upon reading the letter, the actor responded positively. He said, “Last time I was on the show, I said I usually bowl a 190, but I ended up getting 170 to 180. I need a chance to redeem myself. I still have so much to show.”
However, the cast members of “Infinite Challenge” had prepared a plan to ensure their victory. They manipulated their lane to make all of the pins collapse in a strike no matter how the ball was thrown. When their match with Kim Soo Hyun began, the cast members consecutively made strikes, causing Kim Soo Hyun extreme confusion. He had no idea what was happening.
But in the end, Kim Soo Hyun found out about the secret. Laughing, he said, “The pins collapsed in the opposite direction.” Now that the secret was out, Park Myung Soo threw the ball after doing a crazy turn, and he still got a strike thanks to their fabrication.
