Synopsis
Jang Deuk-Cheon (Jung Jae-Young) is the chief of a crime squad. At home, he is kind and friendly father to his daughter. He meets a human clone and gets involved in a shocking case. A battle takes place between human clones.

I had this WHOLE thing typed and my computer decided not to copy it. I'm not writing it out again. Dumb ass laptop.

There's now THREE Sungjoons/Sunghoons and I haven't the slightest idea what the hell is going on with that.

To me it seems that the original body is the one that is frozen and preserved (the doctor from 1993). The two others, Sung Joon and Sung Hoon must have been cloned from that frozen body.

I can only infer that the doctor from 1993 was conducting some experiment on cloning, possibly on himself, and then the inmates. There may have been a fight and leading to the doctor getting killed and his organs given away in the black market. The stem cell research that the doctor was conducting must have been promising for the company, Sanyang, to find the list of organ transplants and using the clones to cover up their tracks.

This, of course, is just my interpretation. But I am curious as to how this will all play out.
