Day 789890800 of Ong continuously being THE guy. I died when he was that all hungry "zombie smurf", begged for food and then Jisung(?) was like "can it be aired?" - Messnet trained them well in self-censorship, food is risky theme this edition lol
Boa also continues to be my love - she was so pretty in that last look, I really like when they do her hair up;)
I'm hella curious if Haknyeon truly pissed off part of the guys bts (like smth more than what was shown) bc they were throwing him across that position choice board ruthlessly left, right and sideways with no regards, like none of the others got that treatment lol
i have the same question/theory. i mean guan lin and seonho are as talented as him and they haven't been asking for center positions like haknyeon or they quickly retracted, b/c they know they can't pull it off. eunki got a bad edit/hate, b/c he was reluctant about giving haknyeon the center position.
I think Samuel is one of the dudes who benefited a lot from the 2 pick just like Bae Jinyoung so there's a good chance that he might drop gain with 1 pick.Unless his cfans succeed in cheating again like they've been trying to.
I haven't watched it yet but I've already teared up several times just thinking about it lol but no seriously, this show is heartbreaking and hearing about the eliminations this time I know it will be so sad to watch.
Changing it to 20 seems cruel. Even if Hyunbin and Yongguk had little chance of making the 11 it would have been another week of experience and exposure for them so it's a shame.
One of the best things about PD101 (both seasons) for me though has been how much support the trainees show each other even though they're competing. I told my workmate about the show (which was...interesting to explain lol) and she was like "oh it would be entertaining with all the bitchiness right?" and I was like "actually..." so if anything good comes from the eliminations I guess it's seeing them cheer each other on even when some know they won't make it themselves :'(

i really hope daniel will stay first. i like jihoon, but there's something unnatural (or fake?) about his behavior/mannerism, which i didn't notice until somebody pointed it out in the last post.

man.. sunghyuk, woodam, kenta, donghyun... :(((( i also got sad because woojin looked so very sick :(( you could rly notice when he had to stand up to go to the stage, idk how that bb could do it cause shingles is THE devil and you could even see the shingles hashes in his eyes :(((
I watched the episode over three days so some of my memory is a little bit fuzzy.
I wasn't shocked over the ranking because I'd already spoiled myself, the most memorable bits was how much everyone cheered for Jisung (he really is loved by the boys) the surprise when Ha Sungwoon made it to the top ranking, Noh and Ha were so excited. Gunalin was, as stoic as ever haha.
I kept noticing Euiwoong even though I hadn't really noticed him much before, so it was a shame to see him go. Did ment ever show him interacting with others in the first few episodes??
Because I didn't know the results beforehand, I found the choosing of parts bit really nailbiting. Lol at Haknyeon being moved all around the houses. But the first dirty was Minghyun moving Sewoon to a different song, like that wasn't necessary at that point, I'm glad he managed to get back to the one he wanted.
Daniel didn't go for a rapper part! but sending a rapper to main vocal was probably too harsh for his nature, and I also think moving Ha to main vocal wasn't a bad choice, Ha seems to have a good range and can handle it.
The leader interview with Ong was lols, and I loved Daehwi and Seonho's little choreo.
The last goodbyes were sad, esp Woojin crying whilst hugging Daniel, and Hyunbin, bless him, everyone around him cheering him on was so great to see.
I can't believe we're almost coming to the end! The boys have been amazing, I love their camaraderie.
I can't quite imagine not seeing them, together, joking, practicing performing.
The one thing I don't like is when the contestants have to 'humble' themselves in front of the contestants. Youngmin did NOTHING wrong, as far as I can see,he says he didn't talk to his family about the concept evaluation which mnet seems to accept. But because his family did, he had to accept the penalty.
He's been a hardworking contestant genuine in helping others, to see him have to feel so guilty because of some uptight hypocritical moral standard really makes me angry. I felt like they were mainly punishing him for all the allegations of having a gf, and mnet wanted to appease the netizens.
It also felt off that Woojin was apologising for being sick. It's like there's an element of victim blaming.
Those two were the sour notes of the episode.
ahh well, I complain, but I am still produce 101 trash.
I'm trying to come to terms with minki (and possibly dongho) not making it in but if 2hyun get cut I'm gonna rage tbh, they would bring a lot to the group! other than them and sungwoon i don't really mind who makes it in (i kinda don't want Daniel but that's obviously happening at this point)
my friend said if dongho and minki get cut they could form a subunit with aron (if he stays), it would interesting to see
