Lee Hyori Confirms Plans To Comeback In July

Lee Hyori will be coming back in early July!

A source from her agency announced to news outlet Herald POP, “We are aiming to complete comeback preparations by early July. We will decide on a specific date soon. There are many tracks in the album, and because it’s [Lee Hyori’s] first album in a while, we are taking our time to improve its quality.”

It was previously revealed that she had filmed her new music video back in April. She also recently wrapped up filming for JTBC’s “Hyori’s Homestay” and MBC’s “Infinite Challenge.”

Meanwhile, for this upcoming album, she will be joining hands with composer Kim Do Hyun who wrote her solo debut track “10 Minutes.”

I also distinctly remember this, but now I can't find any of the articles on it... Perhaps her shutting down all social media, staying away from the public and generally being with her hubby away from Seoul and doing homely things gave that impression?

No I dont think so. Because I remember reading an article here at Omona and I was thought it was such a big news as she's still young and all.

But the comments just say they're going to miss her and all which pretty tame considering her status in K-pop (lol).

I only recently watched those old skits of her and YJS in family outing, they really worked well together. It seemed it was like half improvised and half scripted and they pulled it off so well. I usually can't enjoy that in Korean variety, but some of those "dumb and dumber" bits with Daesung were hilarious. Didn't ppl dub them the "nation's siblings?" Especially funny with the reverse age dynamics, Hyori treating Yoo Jae Suk like her derpy little brother lol.

Infinite Challenge should be fun!

Hyori was my first kpop love, although I admittedly ditched her really fast in favor of Lee Jung Hyun and Uhm Jung Hwa once I found them, lmao. Also doesn't help that I pretty much don't like anything but Dark Angel and that's pretty aged now.
