I'm so proud of them! But I'm sad that they're not getting the same recognition that B1A4's Jinyoung did for 'At the Same Place' last year. They barely even got any screentime and were cropped out of most of Triple H's scenes :(

I can't listen to Open without watching the perf, otherwise it gets a bit repetitive
The vocals for IKYK and Showtime are so good
I think Oh Little Girl is prob my least favorite. I just don't get a hip-hop vibe

i don't get the Never & Open Up hype. they sounded good when they showed it to the trainees, but the final versions were meh to me. I Know You Know & Oh Little Girl (even tho idk how this was "Hip Hop" but ok producer-nim) were the superior songs, and Show Time was such a fun stage. i got super emotional watching the IKYK stage since they were obviously the least popular trainees, but i was so proud of them for owning it esp. Seo Sunghyuk! i can't believe my #97 bb got main vocal and was so stable live, even tho he didn't have the flashy vocals that the others did.

CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW CUTE ALL OF MY SONS WERE FOR OH LITTLE GIRL. ESP JINYOUNG WHO SHOWED SO MUCH CONFIDENCE ON STAGE WHEN HE'S USUALLY THE LEAST EXPRESSIVE ONE. i was cooing the entire time.

also, i was going through the trainee names and notice there were only 6 under Open Up. idk if it was on purpose to leave Im Youngmin out, but lmao.

How'd Open Up win lmao. It's not a very good song...? Idk the live for me wasn't impactful at all and the studio version sounds so weirdly filtered. The only voice I hear is Dongho's 😞.

Never is the correct version of Never Ever, it's what GOT7 should have back with. It's very Flight Log-ish but in a good way, which is surprising. One rapper sounds like Jackson and another one like Mark, I wanna say, it's easy to imagine that group singing it.

Open Up belongs on an NCT album too lol.
