Ok, it's time I learned all their names - they officially deserve that because they're amazing.
When I first heard of them a year ago I could see they were talented performers but I wasn't feeling them AT ALL with their cutesy image. They slowly grew on me and I was ok with them, but then they released ETERNAL bop HIGHLIGHT and was feeling them. and DON'T WANNA CRY is SO GOOD! Maybe my fave release of 2017 so far.
I just got into them a few weeks ago. I liked highlight but didn't like anything else. I slowly got into their mix tapes on SoundCloud and then into their hip hop unit made and then into them. They're honestly super talented. I watched their first tv series and that's what did it for me. They do everything themselves, and work super hard.
This album is really something, I liked a couple songs from the previous one, but this time I like almost everything. And the choreo is so good. Can't wait to see them in two weeks!
their lives are amazing as always but i'm bitter that their crazy in love stages are getting cut.
i really wanted their first week sales to reach 200k copies but they're at about 185k now :c i'm still hoping carats pull through but selling 15k albums on a sunday seems a bit unrealistic.
and i'm SO HAPPY with their digitals! their fandom has grown so much. to think fans of a certain group were so confident that their faves would crush seventeen digitally but seventeen are doing so much better than them in pretty much every aspect! that's what they get for all the shit they've been throwing at them for the last two years.
yeah i was hoping for them to read 200k too... maybe the next comeback will be the winning 200k-in-a-week comeback. but they're doing so well, i'm so happy
I don't get why many disliked Crazy in Love lol.. it's such a bop and the choreo brings out the song even more. That last bit by Wonwoo never fail to make me cackle each time cause it seemed so abrupt lol..
I love this era, tbh this is the only album I can jam to for hours without feeling bored and having to skip a track (because I tend to do so in their previous albums sans Going Seventeen), flawless from start to finish.
Seventeen, like SHINee, has the ability to make an ehhh song really amazing through performance. Tho I wouldn't say Crazy In Love is ehh because the chorus is actually perfect but it took watching performances to really get into it. It's mostly the bridge that I don't get. Anyway. Jeonghan's lil cooing part is honey for my ears. DWC stage is art. Hosh and their choreographer should be proud of themselves.
