Spring Day: I feel so bad for Yongjin. He managed to stick around after the first elimination and I was hoping to see him gain some more screen time and shine. He did really well though! And I was so surprised at Bae Jinyoung’s vocals. I thought he was just a visual. Pop: I was so proud of them! I loved how fun the choreography was an how they played with props. I’m also glad that Woodam managed to pull himself together. SMTM5: They were the best rap team this season (but to be honest, I haven’t been very impressed with any of the rappers in this season). They had a lot of energy and were fun to watch! Rhythm Ta: I’m proud of Gwanghyun for trying something new. I wish he had stuck to singing though. I’m worried that he might be eliminated now. Amazing Kiss: Heeseok really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand that he was upset, but I wish he didn’t let the team suffer because of it. But, I’m glad that he and Gunhee managed to patch up things in the end, and the team sounded nice. Downpour: Jisung comforting Hyunbin during rehearsal was so touching. Both of them have been having such a hard time. I’m glad that Jaehwan got to shine as Main Vocal, though I adored Sungwoon’s vocals as well. And OMG that live performance. I got so emotional. I think that with time, Hyunbin could develop his vocal skills. Get Ugly: Daniel being inspired by Jonghyun’s leadership skills was touching. Also I wanted Samuel to be center for Pick Me and Boy In Luv, so I’m glad that he finally got to became center this time. He did well! Also Park Woojin has major stage presence.
And I don’t know if this is true, but netizens are saying that the live voters at the venue purposefully voted for the least popular trainees in order to make the popular kids fall (obviously Park Jihoon was immune to this plot). If that’s true and Samuel gets eliminated I will be so sad.
My Ideal Line Up: Kim Samuel, Ong Sungwoo, Kim Jonghyun, Kim Jaehwan, Ha Sungwoon, Lim Youngmin, Park Woodam, Kim Donghan, Noh Taehyun, Yoon Jisung, and Park Woojin.
The SMTM5 team was the best performance of the night imo. I already knew Woo Jinyoung and Sangkyun could rap but I was impressed with euiwoong! Bae Jinyoung is also someone who surprised me because even though his singing isn't omg amazing, it was a lot better than I expected.
the onsite voting still gives me hives there had to be something weird going on there like the fan accounts have been saying because some of the outcomes don't make sense at all. i do like all 3 guys who got the overall #1's though so i guess i can't be that mad but still.
jisung has been nothing but a good dude this entire time and i am praying the malicious commenters lay off him a little. my hopes of him making the final group have all been dashed from this ridiculous backlash over nothing but we'll see how everything plays out i guess

I feel so sorry for Hyunbin and how he's been affected by all the negative comments, nobody deserves that, Jisung was great and supportive, he was a good leader in that respect.
Get Ugly was a great stage, it is really shocking that they didn't score higher, but if it's true a lot of people had left by the time of their stage then it's not surprising they got fewer votes.
Mnet's editing is all over the place TBH, but I still can't get over how they edited out the fourth guy in SMTM performance, but it really highlights how editing can manipulate a story.
Sangkyu and Dongsu are cute, I love the way they smile.
Jung Jung, when I watched the performance I really noticed his bright smile, he brought a lot of positive energy.
I'm currently a bit scared of going into epi 8 and seeing the ranking spoilers :/
