I don't really know their reasoning but they said during their first showcase that they intended to be busy with group activity for the first half of the year, and that the songs for the repackage were already done, so at least, they had planned this for a while.

I am looking forward to this and happy to see them back again with a repackaged album. I was afraid they would disappear for a little bit. But maybe since they are just starting out with their new company they will need to be busy to make up for some of the expenses they have.
