Synopsis: In 1986, Detective Park Kwang Ho desperately tries to catch a serial killer. He chases after the serial killer and goes through a tunnel. On the other side of the tunnel, Detective Park Kwang Ho finds himself in the year 2017. The serial killer has resumed the killings that began 30 years ago. Kwang Ho works with Detective Kim Sun Jae and Professor of Criminal Psychology Shin Jae-Yi to catch the killer.

omg just finished ep 14 and i totally get that high rating, it was a v high anticipated episode and we are near the end, finally catching the criminal next week!!! i'm really glad tunnel is receiving such good rating, it such an amazing serie with everything being on point (actors, character writing, plot, pace of the story etc.), let's hope they will finsih it with an even better rating next week so it really finishes with a BANG!

as for this week, wow, yes!!! this is what i wanted mostly, i was rlly scared how they would handle the events in the past in regard of their effect on the future/future people but the way they did it was really good, like a new memory they suddenly remembered, def liked that

oh my poor yeon seok :( gosh i really love her, she's such a nice woman and wife, that scene with her and kwang ho asking him not to leave and her crying, broke me heart ;-;

ugh the pain of not being able to catch the criminal is horrible but i loved the revelation about kwang ho toward taehee and minha, gosh these two are so much fun and give the show that little bit of light feeling that's just right to make this drama not too dark but just right (for me at least) same goes for the scenes between kwang ho/sunjae about jae yi/yeon ho, kwang ho is trying to stall him in every way lol

NEXT WEEK IS ALREADY THE END LIKE I'M READY FOR THE CHASE TO BE OVER BUT I DON'T WANNA SAY GOODBYE TO TUNNEL :(

OMGGGGGG what a roller coaster, I spent the whole two episodes on the edge of my seat, and screaming at the screen in the last 10 minutes LOL

that killer is a CREEP, how can he be so cold blooded after killing a human being, like not an ounce of fear, regret, nothing, as the chief said he's not human (kodus to the actor and the whole cast)

after ep 13 finished I had a theory but after ep 14 I'm not sure about it, but I'll tell you what it is anyway.

so after Kwang Ho came back in the end of ep 13 I thought to myself that maybe this drama have a sad ending, like maybe they'll end up killing Kwang Ho while catching the killer, because having him in the past and catching him there, it will change the fate of the people involved, and as both times are parallel here so it will make a mess.
and if he stayed in the future and catch the killer there, although it won't change the fate but his identity will cause problem, they can't keep his real identity a secret forever.

so killing Kwang ho in the end after achieving his mission will be more reasonable (I know it's harsh and cruel but it kept popping in my head LOL)

but in ep 14 with the new memories appearing, I don't know how they'll end it

anyway I'm so glad I watch this drama, I usually don't like this type, watched it for /choi Jin Hyuk but turned out sooooo good

hope they'll have higher ratings next week

I honestly end every episode going HOLY FUCK HOLY FUCK. There's something really cool about this drama that even though you know a lot of the secrets, you're still intrigued and blown away by the reveal and how the characters react to it.

The ending in 14 tho showing that Jae Yi has his name to come up in her phone as "appa" and his phone showing her name to be "uri ddal" made me wanna cry

No matter what the ending is tho I'll be sad. I want him to go back to Yeon Sook...but also his bromance with the whole detective team!! And his daughter! All of their scenes are so sweet.

The fact that I have no idea how this will possibly end is partially exciting and partially terrifying. I want it to be a happy ending, but how?

I am super annoyed that they didn't have some protection around Jae Yi--when you know for a fact that this dude is the killer and he knows you know, try to protect people he could kidnap/murder maybe? Girl should have locked the door when she got in the car like I always do. Good thing she's got her dad and her man coming to get her.

When the murderer guy got out of jail and popped up behind that girl walking in the dark, it freaked me out even though I knew it was coming. Ugh, I hate that he got let out and that they couldn't get evidence to lock him up. As a whole, this detective team has been pretty competent compared to most drama cops (minus playing leisurely chess with a serial killer and telling him everything about your cases and then taking something he gives you and not thinking it could be bugged, Sun Jae you idiot) and I love the team dynamics. I'm going to be very sad when it's over.

As soon as he told Yeon Sook he'd be back, I knew he was going to travel forward again, but I did laugh when he was like "Again?!?" Also his switch from previously being the biggest shipper to now being totally against it makes me laugh.

Poor Yeon Sook. As much as I want Kwang Ho to be with the team in the future because I enjoy their interactions so much, I suppose it would be better for him to go back to her.
I laughed so hard at Taehee and Minha's reaction. So far I've really enjoyed the little bits of humour in this drama.
Also liked the fact that memories are altered/added.
Is it really going to end with 16 episodes?? Too quick!!
