Donggook disguises himself as an elderly man and appears in front of Seola, Sua, and Sian. Taeyoung and Rohui open a cafe to make money and buy Eugene a gift for Parents’ Day. Sam and William travel to Busan together. Jiyong and Seungjae spend a sweet time together wearing matching outfits.

We got to see a little of everyone this week! Rohee is such a clear speaker now! Not surprised that Taeyoung has a barista certificate lol. Sam, please stop putting food on your child's face. It's really sweet of him to share little treats with other passengers when they travel. Seungjae gets close to some lobsters in Jeju. When he gets back to Seoul, he joins his father in shopping for some dapper suits. SoDa sibilings go to a baseball game to throw out the first pitch and sing the national anthem. Soeul did a great job! Those team mascots were terrifying lol. The twins' segment is called "Sadness alert!", which is pretty damn accurate. It was a little hard to watch, and my heart really goes out to Hwijae.

i almost feel like hwijae's section was too personal to air. glimpses of the slow deterioration of his father's health have been captured before (as illustrated in the saddest montage ever), but showing him outright being unable to recognise his own son and grandchildren, even when one of the kids says "that's us" was...idk. i guess it could be helpful to viewers going through a similar thing in the way this show has caused more fathers to play a more active role in raising their children?

in less depressing news, i was so proud of soeul when she sung the anthem. even though she was nervous, it didn't show as much compared to when she was on the singing show before. and this time she had no accompaniment and a much larger audience. :']

Haven't watched this episode yet but I did see that Soda siblings' mom posted a "goodbye superman" post on Instagram :(

Figures. As soon as their segments got shorter i wondered if they'd be leaving, especially since Soeul starts school this year

I had to stop watching Hwijae's segment. Some of the shots lingered too much for me. I wished the production crew cut the segment shorter. The juxtaposition of watching Seoeon playing not noticing anything amiss was heartbreaking.

Will someone call out Donggook for telling his son that men don't cry :/

I laughed at learning Taeyoung had a barista certificate. Of course, he does!

Jiyoung can be so oblivious at time lol. Poor Seungjae. He's going to be side-eyeing all his seafood from now on.
