From life drawing experience, I really don't see how her elbows would be so far up on her body to be so near the base of her 'boobs' (most ppl's elbows lie at waist/naval level)...unless she had some serious sag-gage going on.

I could see a scandal circulating from a well cropped photo like that, if it is in fact her innocently hugging her knees.
