Lol tbh I only watched few of the first eps and then dropped it a long time ago, I just really wanted him to be in another acting project and succesful (I think?) drama and him to get more recognized as an actor. He's still so unjustly not-famous (in my humble opinion).

Hopefully, Nunbal will bring him more projects, if they can get projects for Suzy (I'm so sorry, but I think she is a very bad actress), they could surely get something good for Jinyoung.

In a more general note, JYP needs to get its game together for got7 or they will lose the popularity they achieved with Just right and If you do. I don't understand why their producing team is so bad, some of the songs produced by they own members are better than the ones included in their albums. I mean, why the songs that are in JB's and Yopungjae's sounclouds aren't in their album. They are even better in distributing the lines than their producing team. Also, pop music fits them so well that it's a shame that they want to go through the hip hop route.

It also drives me crazy that they are putting the majority of their content in ther channel+ in the vapp. Man, they are not in a potition to do that.

As far as I know JYPE isn't giving any of their idols dramas and Jinyoung was on My Love Eundong and Legend of Blue Sea because he auditioned himself.

I heard they rejected 2 big drama offers for Suzy so it's not like she's treated well either.

School 2017's filming will take place in June and GOT7 have a Japanese tour planned for May and a Thailand tour for June. If GOT7 keep working like this he'll never have time for something more than a minor role.

And that brings us to the rest of your rant where I'm just gonna say that YOU'RE PREACHING TO THE CHOIR SIS! On twitter I while back I said that got7 just has a lot of untapped potential and talent that is missguided into the wrong direction. It wasn't until the members started putting out their own music independently on soundcloud or getting these individual gigs that showcase their individual skills that people realized the boys actually have a lot of talent, it's just the music they're given by other people is kinda meh (ok well JYP I think does pretty good songs still but this earattack guy whose been working with them isn't doing them any favors). If you have idols who can write their own music, why not take advantage of that?

I'm annoyed by the ch+ thing as well. Like the new show Jackson is doing where he interviews his members that started today (yesterday?), why is that on the ch+ when got2day and Hard Carry variety were on the regular channel?? Are they gonna put all their shows on the ch+ from now on and try to cash in even more on their fans and exclude non-fans from even getting to know them?

Channel + is a different story. Jackson also had a cooking show (more than 1h long) on Channel + and other members are said to be preparing for their own special shows too. But this thing is run by Naver and they expect an interesting content from idols and their companies than can give them money when fans subscribe. If they made the paid content boring no one would pay for it. I don't think the members are comfortable with their fans being forced to pay to watch them but they can't do anything.

Back to JYPE not caring about their idols' development - they rejected 2 dramas for Suzy when she had nothing to do so she could have easily done them. I saw a long post by Suzy's fan proving how even Suzy's comeback show, one of her MVs and collab weren't JYPE's doing. They didn't want to give her one fansign event for her first solo album (wth) and she only had her first fanmeeting recently but the venue was awfully small. Most fans couldn't get in.

If they treat someone like Suzy like this what can we expect from them when it comes to GOT7?

I wouldn't mind if members composed their title tracks since debut, their sound would be consistent at least (We always hear about how GOT7 have no music identity).

In my opinion the only hope for members to focus on solo stuff and for Jinyoung to finally get a main role in a drama is to debut that new boygroup that is waiting for debut for some time now. JYPE will need them especially after Suzy leaves.

JYPE business decisions don't seem to make much sense. Maybe now that one group is buried (miss a) and one of their biggest acts (Suzy) is gone, they'll debut that boy group and/or invest more in GOT7. Thankfully GOT7 seems at least quite good at doing independent work so they'll grow their talents and build fanbase through that.

Yugi said in an intervew that him and Bambam have been sharing rooms since they were trainees (I don't know at which point since I tought Bambam used to share rooms with YoungK, according to YoungK) and they feel so confortable with each other that they decided to keep sharing even now that they had the option to go to separated rooms.

Youngjae said that him and Jinyoung were aiming for the room with a balcony when they moved, but he lost it when they played paper rock and scissors, lol.
