Plenty of times. One example is the infamous T-ara debacle. I think if you searched up a bit you can easily find the very thing that triggered their downfall.
All I know is that the totally DISHONEST press reported many times during the campaign how I "screwed up" on twitter, yet I went on to win the election in one of the most lopsided victories ever recorded in the history of the World!
